Are you at a disadvantage if you apply to Harvard as a homeschooled student?

I am a sopre homeschooler, and I consider myself to be a bright student. I am in lots of volunteering, community service, and many other teams with my local high school. I am taking both the ACT, PSAT, SAT, and the SAT subject tests for Chemistry, Biology, and Math I. I am planning to do above and beyond what Harvard requires for admission. I do school year round, and I will have six math courses when I graduate. I will have five science courses. But I was wondering, am I at a disadvantage because I am homeschooled?
