Just started cheer/dancing again, calf muscles are crazy sore?
It could possibly be that you haven't danced for a while and you're muscles were just relaxing and when you went straight into it then you're muscles started working up again. It's completely normal. It happens t me all the time. I have practice on Sundays for 5 hours straight and we stretch a lot. And we just came off of a break after a show and we were only off for a week or so and when I came back my muscles were pulling. And I exercise everyday but sometimes dance just pulls a whole lot of different muscles. Maybe you should dance everyday for at least an hour and continue drinking a lot of water and eating healthy :]
