Is Collective Bargaining really a '' RIGHT '' ?

As a skilled tradesman in the employ of Uncle Sugar, I believe I should be recompensed for my labor at a rate comparable to the private sector. The 'Bill of Rights' are the first 10 amendments to the Constitution of the United States and, as amendments, they can be removed. Because of 'Collective Bargaining', we now have the right to be secure in our workplace without fear of harment or retaliation.
