Liberals, do you have a problem with Guiliani's universal health care plan?

Most people just want to get health care to everyone.. they don't care if it's paid for before or after taxes. They just want a plan that will work. It's not like we still don't have to pay for it as a tax credit.. it's just money from a different stage is all.
