Help me please...I'm really confused right now :c?

I live with my mom but i visit my dad during most school breaks. This guy (also my neighbor) and I started hanging out. Mainly at night where we would lay in the street and basically look at stars. We've held hands and stuff like that. I like him. And he likes me. But i leave tomorrow and I won't be back until thanksgiving/christmas and that feels like so long from now. I could easily come live with my dad but that would mean leaving my school. Which was hard to get into but I'm not happy there. But I also don't wanna leave my best friend. So basically I'm trying to decided whether or not i should stay with my dad. Please help. ASAP.
