How can I get student federeal loan with out a co signer?

Im a college student trying to get money to pay for school. i already have a job but that`s not enough . I also attend community college but school tution went up from 26 dollars a unit to 36 dollars a unit . need help getting a student loan . i dont have co signers no one will sign . so i need a student loan with the fedreal goverment . any were i can get that kind of loan ? any possible way i can get a $3500-$5000 loan to pay for community college ? Hard to pay for school when you have monthly bills . Parents make to much money so fasfa out of the question.
