How many hours a week does Ryan Seacrest work? How much do Paula and Simon get paid per episode of Idol?

I am not sure how many hours ryan works but he is the host of American Idol, Host on E! news and does a radio station in L.A. I would image he works a lot of hours a week!! I think tha's why he doesn't have a girlfriend!! lol!!!
