'96 plymouth breeze, Oil pressure light comes on at idle and under 1200 rpm, any ideas?

This only happens after driving for about 15 minutes. The oil level is fine and there does not appear to be any leakage anywhere - that I can see anywhere (under the car, under the hood, etc.)
