Is he just saying this? or...?!?

There `s this boy that is on my bus he`s reeeeeeeeeally cute, and i didnt really think he `d ever talk to me so i just never said anything to him, but one time on the bus he asked me if i played soccer and i was like yeah, but the next day after that we were in the hall and he smiled at me so i smiled back and he waved so i waved hi back, he then started hugging me and treating me like i was his best friend but anywayz lets move on, he told me one day you look caribean cuz of your eyes he would say this then people would disagree, then i got a drink of water and he called me over to him (we were alone) and i told him how i couldnt ride the bus nymore n he was like bt u were onn it this morning n i wuz lik no i wanst n we just went back n forth, finally he said well i can understand y ur parents wont let u ride the bus ur really pretty ''i didnt say anything'' then we started walkin'' then i asked him about the whole carribean thing n i said is tht a bad thing n he was like no thats a good thing he said idk u just have really pretty eyes and that i dont look like most black girls ''he tried to tell me i was pretty before on the bus but i stopped him because a bunch of people were around'' so i gave him a hug like we usually wud bt then when i pulled away he grabbbed my arm n just looked into my eyes and smiled at me then we went in opposite directions so when i looked back he just kept lookin at me so i waved bye. He always asks me to go to his plays and basketball games also now when he hugs me he grips me alot harder and feels on my arm, he`s extremely nice not just to me but everybody bt im asking this cuz one of my friends said he rather date white girls than black girls so i need ur opinion and thanks oh and also he smiles at me evrytime he sees me and one day i tried to give him a high five and he was like no u dont give me a high five you give me a hug lol and also he hugs me everytime he sees me even around his friends and he has mean friends lol.
