Jack Russell Terrier got shots 24 hours ago and is still lathargic. Is this normal?

She is 4 years old and is usually extremely hyper. Yesterday she went to the vet and got a "7 in 1" shot and a rabies booster. She was really slow after that and was tender on her backside. Today, she seems to be doing worse. She's refusing to walk and if she lays on the wrong side she'll just lay there and shake. She is eating and drinking water though. Should I be worried or is this normal behavior based on the immunizations she received?
