Blaster keeps gas fouling spark plugs?

I just bought it two weeks ago have ridden it maybe 4 times an it has gas fouled two spark plugs. N e one no y this could b happening. Also it happens when I start it an its warming up it stays running for a min or two then dies an when I try to start it again it wont.
